The annual meeting of the Grandview Park HOA will take place on Saturday, June 15th at 9am at the Daven Haven Lodge in Grand Lake.

If you will not be able to attend please provide your Proxy to a member who will be there. We require 50% of the lots to be represented in person or by proxy in order to conduct business at this meeting.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR: Bring your checkbook to the meeting to pay your dues! Dues remain at $250 if paid before August 1, 2019. The Treasurer will be accepting checks at the meeting, so come prepared. If you can’t attend the meeting and prefer to mail a check send it here:

We share our community with the natural wildlife and flora that populate the beautiful Rocky Mountains, and we are within 6 miles of the southern entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  Many of our residents and visitors enjoy hiking, bicycling, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, boating, photography, and wildlife viewing, as well as the peaceful atmosphere of our community. 

Created in 1999 and managed by an active Homeowners Association, our community is an ideal place to reside and recreate!
