Nestled among the pines and aspens, and within walking distance to nearby Shadow Mountain Reservoir, lie 56 home sites where owners come to play or stay. Our amenities include stunning views of the Rocky Mountain landscape and wildlife visitors, year-round road maintenance, and trash removal.
We share our community with the natural wildlife and flora that populate the beautiful Rocky Mountains, and we are within 6 miles of the southern entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Many of our residents and visitors enjoy hiking, bicycling, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, boating, photography, and wildlife viewing, as well as the peaceful atmosphere of our community.
Created in 1999 and managed by an active Homeowners Association, our community is an ideal place to reside and recreate!
