September 5, 2017: Ralph and Marianne hosted a great get-together over Labor Day weekend. They would "like to thank all those that participated, and for bringing their goodies to share! We had a great turnout...just missed our neighbors who had other commitments." There are some pictures posted on the gallery page.

The heavy metal trash lid in the trash shed is going to be replaced by a light-weight plastic one. In order to keep the varmints out, the shed is being upgraded right now. Just in time as there was a bear sighting recently in GVP. See the Gallery for a picture of the bear footprint in the snow, and one of the trash shed upgrade work (scroll to end of Gallery).

2016 Annual HOA Meeting. The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for June 4, 2016. This year the meeting will be held at a new venue, the Daven Haven Lodge in Grand Lake (http://davenhavenlodge.com/). Look for further information about that meeting as the date approaches.

BOD Meeting set for 29 April 2016 Spring is upon us and the GVP Board of Directors is preparing for the annual Homeowners Association Meeting. To that end, we will be meeting for about 90 minutes on Friday, April 29th 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Sullivan's house in GVP. At this meeting we will review the topics for discussion at the larger HOA meeting and establish a preliminary agenda. If any community members have topics they would like us to discuss or consider at this meeting please feel free to submit this information to Mr. Sullivan or myself. Of course, any and all community members are also welcome to attend this April BOD meeting in person.

Keith Everhart of Dirtworks is under contract to supply snowplowing services to GVP and handles clearing the roads of snow in the winterIf you'd like to also have your driveway plowed by Keith when he's in the neighborhood doing the roads, you can contact him directly to set up that service.
